Andrea Thorlakson

A Southern California native, I began my real estate career as a property manager for a high profile Beverly Hills developer in 1988. After graduating from UCLA, I specialized in marketing luxury new construction projects. Raising my family in Orange County for 25 years, and then moving to La Quinta, in the greater Palm Springs Area during Covid, I have local knowledge and experience with buying, selling, investing, renovating, and short term rentals. I believe it is paramount to offer as much guidance and education as a client may need because no two transactions are alike. My business principles are to exceed expectations by cultivating a "Ritz Carlton" gold standard of service. I accomplish this by maintaining outstanding communication and care, which ultimately results in creating meaningful and lasting relationships well beyond the single deal. It is truly my honor to be a part of your real estate journey, knowing that each transaction is more than simply a sale or a purchase, but rather growing your financial portfolio. Beyond real estate, I am happiest spending time outdoors and enjoying all of what Southern California has to offer, including yoga, skiing, golf and entertaining. I am happily married and a mother of two adult sons. In my free time, I love to be creative by giving "things" new life through re-decorating, re-purposing & re-selling. also give back to my local communities through Homeowners Associations, Senior Centers, Military Outreach, PTA, and Boy Scouts.
